Your donations help fund our adoption facilities, cruelty investigations, subsidize our low-cost spay/neuter services as well as our Tree of Life and Second Chance Fund for critically ill or injured SPCA animals.

The Delaware SPCA needs your help.

Volunteer opportunities include:

walking dogs;
helping keep dogs and cats socialized;
helping in shelter beautification and landscaping projects;
assisting with office work;
preparing promotional materials for shelter animals;
and many more!

If you are interested in volunteering at the Stanton shelter, please fill out the application available here. Forms can be faxed to the Stanton shelter at (302) 998-2488 or dropped off at either shelter.

The Stanton shelter is holding orientation sessions the first Thursday of every month at 7:00 pm.

The Georgetown shelter holds its orientations the first Thursday of every month from 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM at the shelter.
