The Delaware SPCA's "Second Chance Fund" provides for emergency medical care for seriously ill and injured animals. Through this fund, we can provide life-saving medical treatment for animals who would have once been considered untreatable by many shelters because of the extraordinary cost involved.

Since its inception the "Second Chance Fund" has provided thousands of dollars in critically needed care to numerous animals in our shelters. Your contribution, no matter what the amount, gives these animals a second chance at life.
