IMPORTANT:  The Delaware SPCA has an animal control contract with the City of Wilmington ONLY!  If you have lost a dog anywhere in Delaware outside of the City of Wilmington, you should contact Kent County SPCA at 302-698-3006 or 1-888-352-7722, www.kcspca.org.  There is no animal control for cats; if you have lost a cat you should contact all shelters and file a lost report.  Many cats look alike, it's best to visit the shelter in person to look for your cat.
