Delaware SPCA & the City of Wilmington
Since 1898 the Delaware SPCA has been contracted by the city of Wilmington to handle animal control duties within city limits.
Much has changed in the 100+ years that the Delaware SPCA has been serving the city. One thing that has not changed is the Delaware SPCA's commitment to the safety and welfare of Wilmington's animal and human residents.

Officers are available to pickup animals Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm.
Calls received after hours or on weekends / holidays will be handled on the next business day.
