If you have lost a dog or cat:

File lost reports with your local SPCA and Delaware Animal Care & Control.
Place lost posters (where allowed) in your area
Ask your mail carrier if they have seen a dog matching your dog's description elsewhere in the area
Post a lost animal listing on Petfinder.com and check the found listings as well
